Ms. Fetch serves as Executive Vice President and President – Global Operations for Cummins Inc., a global power technology solutions leader, a position she has held since March 2025. Prior to this, she served as Vice President and President - Distribution Business Unit from January 2024 to March 2025. Ms. Fetch joined Cummins in 2018 and during her tenure she has served as Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing from January 2022 to December 2023, Vice President, Global Distribution SC Services from January 2020 to January 2022, and Executive Director, Global Distribution Business Supply Chain from July 2018 to January 2020. Prior to joining Cummins, she held numerous leadership roles during her 20 years at Caterpillar Inc., including Human Resources Director and Chief Learning Officer and several General Manager roles.
