Ms. Edwards joined Lincoln Electric in 2024 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she leads the Company’s global human resources strategy and operations, including talent management, training and development programs, as well as compensation and benefits. Prior to joining Lincoln Electric, she served as Global Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Sealed Air Corporation, a global packaging manufacturer. She has also held various HR leadership positions at several multinational industrial companies, including Circor International, Dana Corporation, Lear Corporation and Snap-On Tools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree at East Tennessee State University and an MBA in International Business at Marquette University.
