Mr. Hedlund serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in January 2025 and became Chief Executive Officer in January 2024. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2024, overseeing all three of the Company’s reportable segments. Since joining the Company in 2008, he has held numerous leadership positions including President, Americas Welding segment from 2020 to 2022, President of International Welding from 2017 to 2020, President of Global Automation, and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Prior to Lincoln Electric, Mr. Hedlund held various executive leadership roles at Fortune Brands, Inc. and served as principal with the management consulting firm Booz Allen. Mr. Hedlund holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
