Mr. Whitehead serves as Executive Vice President, President, Americas Welding, where he has led the segment’s growth strategy and operations since 2025. He joined the company in 2005 as Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property, and has since held numerous strategic and operational leadership roles. Previously, he served as President, Global Automation, Cutting & Additive from 2019 to 2025, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, President Lincoln Electric Canada, and R&D Leader. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
